Zanshin Archery
Archery coaching for neurodivergent young people in Hampshire, UK.
At Zanshin Archery, we offer a unique approach that fuses traditional archery skills with Zen philosophy and breathwork. Our sessions are designed to support focus, mindfulness, and self-regulation in a calm, supportive environment.
Alongside our primary mission to support neurodivergent young people, we also offer a specialist provision for young people who are deaf or hard of hearing .
